  • Ability to increase and decrease call cycles to enable better management of KPI’s, resolve in-store issues and suit season range changes
  • Regularity of store visits available on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, tailored by store to suit product performance and sales
  • Work with Client’s marketing team for smooth executions of promotional lines and roll outs
  • Working with Account Managers to establish strategies for best in field execution
  • Joint store audits by G-Force and Clients, are required
  • Monthly Reporting of in-store activities and initiatives
  • Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of activities in conjunction with the management team
  • Consolidation and presentation of outcomes and recommendations to client management
  • Fortnightly or monthly meeting with client management team, or as requested
  • Improve client’s ability to generate increased sales and profit in Bunnings through a combination of excellence in communication, execution and disciplined implementation

Range management, stock levels and merchandise compliance

  • Merchandiser pack outs on all visits, changing of damaged shelf ready trays and replacement of damaged product boxes
  • Deliver ticketing compliance
  • Ensure all POS tear off pads are on show on all visits
  • Ongoing planogram compliance
  • Deliver range compliance
  • Maintaining Special Orders desk brochures and in-bay brochures to Bunnings standards
  • Management of Pallet Stack, Side Stack and Clip Strips
  • Negotiating and securing additional space if required to accommodate additional sales
  • Maintaining excellence in product displays (dusting, cleaning, repairs)
