The Commerical Cleaning project included an update of the store’s footprint and adjacencies in the cleaning and accessories department, as well as the introduction of new bays to accommodate new product ranges. New ranges include Washroom, Window Cleaning and Machinery and Commerical Chemical offers.
Due to the large scope of this project and implementation of new bays to accommodate new range offers, the department had to be expanded which changed the scope of adjacent bays in neighboring departments. The G-Force team were required to carefully evaluate the layout of each store individually to determine and troubleshoot changes required.
The G-Force team handled over 2000 unique products during this rollout across up to 34 bays, successfully implementing various new product ranges to offer a wider variety of products to customers.

In mid-2015, G-Force Assembly was tasked with rolling out a new supplier into Bunnings’ indoor timber and cut moldings category in NZ. The transition meant performing a full relay in all stores with the dedicated range.
In the final quarter of 2013, G-Force’s Assembly Division took on a task too big for most other merchandising companies: the national implementation of new layout standards across 4 categories concurrently.
