100% compliance on merchandising standards including Plan-O-Grams/Bay Layout Guides and product presentation, features & benefit tickets, point of sale material and pricing labels. Sign-off provided for all projects by G-Force State Projects Supervisor, National Project Manager and Bunnings in store team.  

Quality Assurance

Our National Project Manager undertakes all necessary communications with key stakeholders, Bunnings Visual Merchandising Coordinators and VM Project Managers to resolve any issues at store level. G-Force can conduct project trials and research to iron out issues early, develop a project action plan and ensure accurate pricing for our clients.

National Rollout of New Supplier for Indoor Timber

In mid-2015, G-Force Assembly was tasked with rolling out a new supplier into Bunnings’ indoor timber and cut moldings category in New Zealand. The transition meant performing a full relay in all stores with the dedicated range.


National Implementation of New Lighting Standards

In the final quarter of 2013, G-Force’s Assembly Division took on a task too big for most other merchandising companies: the national implementation of new layout standards across 4 categories concurrently.
